Increasing Value-added Product Sales through Cottage Food (FNC18-1130) and Resources & Recipes to Support Farmers to Diversify Income through Value-Added Bakery Product Sales (FNC21-1282) brought together a farmer-led team along with baking experts to create recipes using abundant items like zucchini and pumpkin and to develop marketing resources, professional packaging, display ideas to increase sales.
